FoodSense  was set up by Caterina Phillips to assist the Food Industry in complying with the requirements set out by legislation and to meet the demands of the Retail chains.  FoodSense is a registered training centre with CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) offering bespoke training in Food Hygiene, HACCP and Nutrition. Services include:

•    CIEH Food Safety Training with Foreign Language Options
•    CIEH HACCP Training
•    Practical advice and templates on how to get and maintain Food Standards Agency hygiene rating of 5 as awarded by your Environmental Health Officer
•     Independent 1st and 2nd  party Hygiene audits
